Every month or two, Woodstockholm tears up the menu and starts over, built around a new theme, anything from Salvador Dalí to the Alps to astrology. It's a contemporary restaurant and wine bar on one of Stockholm's nicest squares, working with local and organic producers at communal tables and a bar. The kind of place where you book without knowing what you'll eat, which is either liberating or terrifying depending on your relationship with control.
