Inside, this yakitori bar threads native Korean chicken onto skewers and chars them over flame, the kind of focused menu that signals the kitchen knows exactly what it's doing. The grilled hagfish draws its own following, surprisingly juicy and faintly oceanic. A calm, refined room for a style of eating Busan doesn't otherwise offer much of.
