Three tables, eight diners maximum, a calligraphic scroll on the wall, and an omakase menu built around fish the chef ages in-house for texture. This tiny Japanese counter near the old Elvira Gate runs two omakase courses, both centered on nigiri, maki, and gunkan made mostly from local catch, white prawns, Motril shrimp, and eel that arrives alive. Hokkaido scallops make a guest appearance, but Granada's waters do most of the talking.
