    A restored 15th-century Moorish residence tucked into Granada's medieval quarter, this small hotel arranges its rooms around a central courtyard with a bubbling fountain. Interiors are individually decorated with original beams, arched doorways, and ornately tiled bathrooms that are, mercifully, modern. The top-floor Mirador room looks out over the Alhambra. There's no restaurant, so you'll be living like a local, which in this neighborhood is hardly a hardship.
