Tucked into the basement of the Eaton Hotel in Jordan, this Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant has been around forever and shows it, the retro dining room prompting creative explanations involving Wong Kar-wai. Regulars don't much notice; they're too busy with the honey-glazed barbecued pork and slow-cooked soups that have kept the place packed for decades. A devoted crowd fills the room on any given lunch service, and the dim sum menu has seen recent updates for good measure.
