    A former 19th-century textile factory in El Born, now a boutique hotel holding a Michelin Key, with a rooftop pool that looks straight out over the Gothic Quarter. The industrial bones survive in the design, while the common spaces lean into the fun: photo booth, shuffleboard, juice bar. Loaner bicycles and wooden longboards for exploring are a nice touch, and the organic spa keeps things from feeling like a hostel that discovered mood lighting.
