1. Two uninhabited islands in Bocas del Toro, Cayo Zapatilla sits inside a national marine park, which is basically the only reason it hasn't been ruined yet. White sand, thick jungle right to the waterline, and coral reefs close enough to snorkel without effort. The crowd is whoever made the boat trip out, which is rarely many people. If you've been burned by "secluded beach" promises before, this one actually delivers.
