A quiet cottage in Mid-City that reads more neighborhood hideaway than Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant, which is a large part of the point. Sue Zemanick keeps the menu tight, maybe a dozen dishes leaning into Gulf seafood and French technique, and the room runs to dark green walls and warm gold tones. The kind of table where nobody rushes you and the food earns the silence. Zasu holds a Michelin star.
