    The bar's centrepiece is a slab of Italian granite so large it forms an entire corner, one of over a hundred tonnes quarried specifically for this room. It's a cocktail bar inside an izakaya-style Japanese restaurant, which means the people-watching is aggressively good: Knightsbridge's most decorative regulars tend to congregate here, looking like they've dressed for a different kind of premiere. The drinks menu holds its own against the kitchen's reputation.
