This intimate fine dining room just off The Savoy's American Bar holds a Michelin star and runs a surprise tasting menu that riffs on the great French chef's classics using modern technique. The room leans art deco, the lighting is golden, and the whole thing is quiet enough to hear yourself think, which in central London is its own kind of luxury.
