This Russian-Turkish restaurant on Istiklal Caddesi occupies a restored space that originally sheltered Russian émigrés, and the kitchen still leans into that heritage with pirozhki, blini, and a vodka list long enough to require a strategy. The portions are generous, the room is unapologetically opulent, and the piano keeps playing regardless.
