Plenty of natural light and an open layout give this casual restaurant in The Hague a relaxed, neighbourhood feel. The chef keeps plates spare, building around three or four elements that push each other somewhere interesting. The front-of-house half of the partnership steers wine with real conviction, and the pairings tend to make the food click into place in ways the menu alone doesn't quite telegraph.
