Everything else follows that logic: the space is built on Bauhaus principles, stripped to almost nothing, with no branded bottles on display and no concession to the usual cocktail bar theater. It lands somewhere on the World's 50 Best Bars list, which feels right for somewhere this committed to a concept. Come for serious, minimal drinks in a room that looks like a design school thesis, executed well.
