Two former railway arches in Haggerston have been turned into a wine-focused restaurant with cobalt blue walls, a communal table at its center, and a surprising amount of natural light for a space that technically lives underground. Membership gets you wine storage and priority reservations, but the 60-cover room is open to everyone. The modern British menu is short and deceptively simple, with small-producer, low-intervention bottles doing a lot of the talking.
