    The oven sits dead center in the room, so you watch the pizza makers the whole time, which turns out to be half the point. This is a compact Neapolitan-style pizzeria, eight or ten wooden tables, big windows, and a menu that stays almost entirely focused on pizza, red or white, plus a few focaccias. The dough has real structure and a properly blistered crust. Ranked on 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific, and reservations are worth booking ahead.
