Address Sky View is a luxury hotel in downtown Dubai with a Forbes Four Star rating, six restaurants including CÉ LA VI with its flower-wrapped swings, and a spa. The Dubai Mall is a short walk, the skyline is a permanent backdrop, and the vibe is polished without being stiff.
