Across from the Burj Khalifa and connected to the Dubai Mall by an air-conditioned walkway, it's a sleek, geometry-forward property with plush rooms, an infinity pool ringed by actual grass, and a rooftop bar open until three. The ground-floor patisserie selling croissants is, charmingly, as French as it gets.
