Cetara is anchovy country, and this Bib Gourmand osteria on the village's small square takes the local obsession seriously. The frescoed room got a contemporary refresh but still feels unhurried, and the terrace tables face the piazza in the way that makes you order another carafe just to stay. Fried anchovies stuffed with smoked provolone make a strong case for the neighborhood specialty, with grilled fish, pasta, and a dry-ageing cabinet rounding out a menu that rarely leaves the sea.
