    No flip-flops, no strong perfume, no small children, no videos: the house rules at this 28-seat fine dining room read like a very polite manifesto. Alla Prima holds two Michelin stars and a spot on Asia's 50 Best list, and the chef's tasting menu is clearly the kind of thing people save for birthdays. Gangnam's see-and-be-seen crowd books far ahead, then behaves impeccably once inside.
