    The name means anarchy, and the menu more or less lives up to it: sharing plates that pull techniques and seasonings from all over without any particular loyalty to a single tradition. It's a neighborhood restaurant near Peblinge Sø, casual and lively, with prices that keep the room full of regulars who seem to know the drill. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand. Wines and spirits roam as freely as the food.
