The open kitchen is partly on display, which tends to keep the dining room a little more honest. Apron is a fine dining restaurant inside a hotel near the Stadtpark, running five or seven course menus of contemporary cooking that leans into quiet contrasts rather than spectacle. The food is internationally minded without being fussy about it. One Michelin star.
