A low-slung modernist building set among lavender fields in Provence, which is either a contradiction or the point, depending on your mood. This spa hotel was designed by the owners themselves and furnished by Parisian designer Christophe Pillet, whose minimalist suites lean on color and texture over clutter. Three treatment rooms, an indoor pool for water therapies, and a restaurant drawing on local produce keep things self-contained and very calm.
