    A boutique hotel on the edge of Turtle Lake in District 3, designed as a contemporary take on Saigon's old French colonial streetscape. White marble, herringbone parquet, and duck-egg cabinetry keep the rooms quietly considered without tipping into theme-park territory. Suites stretch to 87 square meters with city-facing balconies. The Palm restaurant sits right at the water, useful for when you want a view that does most of the work.
