    José Avillez folded a gourmet deli, seafood bar, pizza parlour, and cocktail lounge into one tiled Chiado address, so the hardest decision is which room to sit in. The walls are painted with food scenes, the vibe is relaxed, and the format lets you graze as wide or as deep as you like, from cured charcuterie to a proper seafood spread to tasting menus at the Mini Bar, where the kitchen and a live set can share the same evening.
