    Perched on the Bosphorus waterfront in Bebek, one of Istanbul's most quietly coveted neighborhoods, this adults-only boutique hotel trades on its mid-century bones and unobstructed strait views. The coastal village feel outside, all independent cafes and boutiques, seeps into the mood inside. Couples make up most of the guest list, and the art-forward interiors give them something to argue over between meals.
