Besharam, tucked into the Minnesota Street Project arts complex, is a sit-down restaurant where the chef came up through La Cocina and brings a South Asian pantry to bear with real confidence. The pickles and chutneys alone could anchor a meal. Prices stay reasonable, which in this city counts as a minor act of defiance.
