BiBi
Indian
Chet Sharma studied physics at Oxford, did a PhD, and then decided kitchens were more interesting, which tells you something about what progressive Indian fine dining in Mayfair looks like at BiBi. The menu shifts with the seasons and the sourcing, leaning on small UK suppliers alongside carefully traced ingredients from India. The room feels more like Sharma's grandmothers' living room than a colonial-era throwback, which around here is a deliberate statement.
