Bartenders here work from a Rubik's Cube menu, literally spinning the cube to unlock new flavor combinations each session, which sounds like a gimmick until you watch them pull it off. A 50 Best Discovery pick and a Spirited Awards regional honoree, it's the kind of place that earns its theatrics.
