A 1947 apartment building just off Parque México, remade by a Texas hospitality group into a boutique hotel that somehow doesn't feel like a Texas hospitality group made it. Rooms run coral and white with living plants and Kassatex linens; some have kitchenettes, others balconies, and the top-floor suites spill onto a terrace. Lounge Fernando handles cocktails and tacos through the evening, and the rooftop does breakfast, co-working, and general lingering.
