    BT Nguyen's bistro on Henderson splits its menu between French classics and Vietnamese cooking, and the Vietnamese side does the heavier lifting. The room feels genuinely casual without being careless, and the servers seem to know everyone. Pho comes aromatic and generous, spring rolls arrive packed tight with ground pork and glass noodles. A short wine list and house iced teas cover the drinks side without overwhelming anyone.
