The room is simple, the atmosphere lively, and the tasting menu moves through enough techniques to make you forget you're being virtuous. The sparkling kombucha is house-made and worth ordering. Staff who know the menu inside out keep things from feeling preachy. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand.
