Tucked at the end of a corridor inside Villa San Pietro on Rua Augusta, this French bistro has the slightly uncanny quality of a Parisian side street that somehow materialized in São Paulo. Chef Alain Poletto runs a classically minded kitchen: charcuterie made in-house, Beef Wellington carved tableside, the kind of cooking that does not need a concept. The room is warm and unhurried, and nobody here is in a rush to get you out.
