The seventh floor of the Atatürk Cultural Centre, right on Taksim Square, puts this contemporary Turkish restaurant at a height where the terrace view across the city and the Bosphorus does a lot of the heavy lifting. Inside, it's elegant and modern with a proper bar. The menu takes traditional Turkish dishes through a contemporary lens, layering flavors in ways that make the food interesting without losing what made the original worth reworking.
