Inside the Torel Palace hotel, this Michelin-starred creative tasting menu restaurant takes its cues from José Saramago's novel "Blindness," leaning into a conceit of Feel, Touch, and Provoke with surprising commitment. Expect a single surprise menu of ten or twelve courses, lit butter candles, a Swiss cowbell, and at least one moment when a blindfold appears. The theatrical touches sound gimmicky until they aren't, which is more or less the point.
