    A five-century-old aristocratic manor house in Palma's old town, now a 26-room boutique hotel with a Michelin Key. The Gothic bones show up most in the upper rooms, where stone archways appear alongside rain showers and king beds. The converted granary holds a small spa and pool, and the Salón Inglés is the kind of armchair-heavy library lounge that makes you want to cancel tomorrow's plans entirely.
