    The dining room occupies the old stables of a grand mansion, and the garden patio beyond it is reason enough to book. This Mediterranean restaurant inside the Sant Francesc Hotel Singular leans into Mallorcan ingredients and local cooking traditions, with both an à la carte and a tasting menu most evenings, and rice dishes taking over on Sunday lunch, which feels exactly right.
