A 19th-century palace on one of Palma's oldest squares, converted into a boutique hotel with near-monochrome rooms wrapped around well-preserved stone architecture. Some face the courtyard, some the Basílica Sant Francesc. The restaurant starts in the old stables. The spa runs on Anne Semonin products. The rooftop pool with the church looming behind it is the kind of thing people photograph and deny photographing. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
