    A 12-room boutique hotel inside an old Mallorcan mansion, tucked behind a stone archway in Palma's medieval quarter. The layout does its own slow work: cobbled courtyard, marble staircase, cushioned salons, and then finally your room, each threshold a degree quieter than the last. Cream walls, olive wood, warm lamplight. There's a hammam and a gastro-bar serving Mallorcan-style tapas, for anyone who surfaces. The Michelin Guide awards it 2 Keys.
