Down in the basement, bare brick walls, leather armchairs, and low lighting make it feel like a discovery rather than a destination. The gin list leans into Edinburgh's reputation for the spirit, and staff will happily build something bespoke. Weekend DJs keep the atmosphere from getting too precious about itself.
