Brasserie Bellanger is a new-wave Paris brasserie where the wallpaper, deco chandeliers, and red velvet chairs all seem to be competing for your attention. The half roast chicken comes with a mountain of frites built for dragging through the jus, and even the leek vinaigrette shows up charred and piled with bitter greens. It's a proper sit-down dinner, and plenty of those velvet chairs are held for walk-ins.
