Inside, the room leans into a certain South-of-France luxe, all warm and a little deliberate about it. The cooking follows that same instinct: Mediterranean in spirit, grounded in execution. Salt-baked sea bass, a generous beef tartare, lamb done two ways. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and earns it quietly.
