The kitchen leans on organic and Demeter-certified ingredients from the Alps and pre-Alps, keeping the cooking spare and precise. Austrian wines are the house obsession, and the team will guide you through the list without making you feel studied. A secluded courtyard opens in summer, and the wine shop sells bottles to take home from three o'clock onward.
