Bistronomic French
Two friends opened this bistro in the old town near the Loire, and the locals found it fast. The room upstairs has a stylishly rustic feel, the kind of place that pairs well with the seasonal, regional cooking on the plate and a glass of something from down the valley. Downstairs, evenings only and walk-in, they do tapas that lean toward southwest France and Spain, which keeps things usefully loose.
