    Butcher & Thief is a steakhouse in a Sunset Road strip-mall suite, where the usual surf-and-turf script gets a few liberties. The chops are cut in-house, and the menu also runs to peanut-butter-crusted bacon, cheesesteak egg rolls, and sour cream and onion bubble bread. It's a steakhouse that remembered dinner is allowed to be fun, so expect a dressy-casual room and a check that behaves like a Vegas steakhouse check.
