The open-view grill in the middle of the room is the whole point here, and in Puerto Madero it has been the whole point for a long time. This is a large, elegant Argentinian steakhouse where the beef comes from multiple breeds and the menu runs from ribeye to offal to a daily fish, with an impressive parade of sides. Famous enough that Macron and Federer have both turned up for dinner, which is either a recommendation or a warning about the room.
