Café de Paris
Brasserie French
The Crêpe Suzette was allegedly invented here, which gives the kitchen a certain confidence when they flambé one tableside. Café de Paris is an all-day brasserie on Casino Square, running from breakfast through late with a menu of French classics, egg mayo with caviar, pâté en croûte, sole meunière, all dressed up in a David Collins Studio renovation that kept the wrought iron, mosaics, and stained glass intact.
