This intimate fine dining room inside the storied Rampoldi holds a Michelin star, and chef Antonio Salvatore channels his southern Italian roots through a style he calls "New Monegasque," pulling from small producers near Menton and San Remo alongside ingredients shipped up from Basilicata. The art deco room is dress-up-or-feel-underdressed territory, the kind Monaco does without apology.
