    You ring a doorbell to get in, which sets the tone perfectly for a Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant that started life as an art gallery. The Rio-born chef trained across Europe and brings that back home, layering French technique over Brazilian ingredients in a menu that shifts with the seasons. A master sommelier handles the wine side, tastevin and all, and the whole thing unfolds in a room that still feels more like a private house than a restaurant.
