Tucked into the basement of what is otherwise an office building in central Milan, this intimate restaurant and cocktail bar reinterprets Lombard cooking through a Japanese lens. Sharing snacks, raw dishes, and sushi rolls carry the cross-cultural idea most clearly, while a tight list of twelve house cocktails keeps the same thread going. The room is quiet enough that the food gets to do the talking.
