A Roma Norte taco spot where the pork does all the talking. The cochinita pibil arrives slow-roasted and shredded under a pile of pickled red onion, and the lechon taco layers tender suckling pig with shards of crispy skin, so ordering both is less a suggestion than a logical outcome. Good tortillas, a spread of salsas running from habanero heat to sesame aioli, and a room full of people who came with a plan.
